The employees are very friendly and office is clean and well decorated.

What struck me about Dr Shikha Banerjee, the chief dentist at Canyon Dental, is: 1. Her simple down to earth demeanor, talking style focused on listening more, remembering earlier conversations, AND 2. Very practical advice not to extract a tooth as it was not needed (in contrast to other dentists wanting unnecessary procedures). Though a bit of a drive for me, I would never want to go anywhere else. Thank you for your kind services.

Wonderful dental office! Today was my first visit to Smith & Bellows Dental and it was a great experience! Dr. Smith is super nice and very professional. The staff is also super friendly. And they don't try to sell you anything! After reading other dental office reviews online, I was really afraid they would push me to do more work than necessary, or offer 'extra' cosmetic services, but there was none of that. Dr. Smith addressed my specific problem (2 cavities, 1 which will require a crown down the road). The experience was pain-free, everything was explained to me in detail, and I felt very comfortable with the place and the staff. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a dentist!

When I came in for the consultation, their machine was not ready and I had to wait for a while. Then, Dr. Bell told his assistant TWICE to proceed with the consultation if I "was serious". Of course I'm serious, what did I make the appointment and 20 minute drive for? I let it pass because people can be weird sometimes...A week later, I called to ask for a discount for getting MULTIPLE implants done. The receptionist told me she'd definitely get back to me within 2 days. A week passed, and I did not get a call from her. I call again, and get to explain what I was calling for to another receptionist. She did the exact same thing, telling me she'd call back with an answer. Five days later, no call! So when I called to find out what happened, the receptionist said "it looks like you've made multiple calls and talked to many of us asking the same question"....no lady, I do not have any more time and energy to call you to tell you to call me back like you said you would. All I needed was common courtesy and basic business ethics--to have them call me and give an answer. I had previously planned to pay more than 9 thousand dollars upfront even if they had declined the discount. However, after that fiasco I am looking elsewhere!!!
