Dr. Kono is a great doctor! I am usually very scared about going to the dentist but he and his team put me at ease. He really took his time and explained what he was doing. I so would recommend his office any day!

Overbooked and understaffed, only one dentist is available to accommodate entire facility. Was told I would be receiving treatment only to wait hours and the dentist to decide he didn't want to do my one filling and told to reschedule. Office manager unapologetic and unwilling to help in any way.

I went to many dentists, but this one is the best cause they provide us with high tech, that is always updated and the doctors and assistants are fruendly and they provide us with best results:))

I was pleasantly surprised after reading all of the reviews. The place is clean and the staff was all very friendly and professional. I give 4 stars because it is a pain to get an appointment scheduled. They usually can't get you in for quite awhile and it's a pain trying to reach the front office where you go. You have to go thru all these other people to speak to them.

I Loved this place. I heard that it is really painful to get your wisdom teeth pulled out. So my head was filled with Horror stories. That its a long process and painful at times, you have to come in for more than one visit. Etc Etc.. So I was scared of going. Well my teeth HAD to come out so I made an appointment and went in. First of all the receptionist was really nice and made me feel a little less worried she re-assured me that everything was going to be ok. To my surprise it did go very well and believe it or not PAIN FREE. My Dentist Actually took both my lower Wisdom teeth out and only took her 5 minutes. The only painful part was the injection to numb my mouth. I was so nervous she had to give me two of them on each side. (I regretted that later in the day) She took them out and patched up my gums stuffed my mouth with some cotton balls and said All Done. I was like that's it??? Yeah all done she said. Lol I finally calmed down and that's when full affect of my anesthetic kicked in. My face chin and tongue where numb for a couple hours. But Overall Great job ladies. I will see you in a couple days to fill in a loose filling. * If you can't pay your bill in full they do payments. I found that to be so helpful.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and patient

The front staff took so long that even the dentist was asking where ny paper work was. I updated my info they didnt even put it in the system. However my dentist (dr.) Was amazing. She was hilarious and very gentle and understanding. I dont remember her name but she was Filipino. They should hire me to work the front desk if it wasn't for my dentist to be so nice and patient i would've walked out

A great dentist, a great man

I've been to other offices where they over book and I waited forever. I was pleased to get in and out the service was great! Staff is very professional and friendly. We have found a new family dentist!

By far the best I have experienced. Staff is extremely friendly and professional, very pleasant atmosphere, I have had at least one good laugh per appointment witch makes a huge difference going somewhere like the dentist.
