Dr. Schneider helped me through a blocked artery scare with straight-ahead factual information, a pinpoint referral, and no-nonsense follow-up. He doesn't sugar-coat what is needed but is not condescending and takes plenty of time to see the person behind the patient. Caring and compassionate, this doctor is worth seeking out.

Incompetent and rude staff. They have no compunction about treating patients in the last few months of life with lying, laziness, zero compassion, and downright hostility. Avoid this place if you have a serious illness. My wife had to complain about migraines, double vision, and leaking cerebral spinal fluid out of her nose for months before getting an MRI that showed her brain rotten with cancer. These pathetic walking pieces of excrement in the pharmacy were supposed to issue her a steroid to decrease brain swelling asap, yet took 10 hours of repeated pleas before deigning to fill her prescription. Some of the worst people on the face of the planet work here.

I was charged for procedures that never took place. I went in for consultation and charged for X-ray and Surgery. I was in the office 30 min and only spoke to the doctor for 10 min. He also had me void urine in a machine and I could not void and he charged $1500.

I have read all the negative reviews and I don't understand them. This is an Urgent Care facility which means you can expect to wait. Compared to other Urgent Cares in the lower 48 this one is excellent. I visited a a few weeks ago. Came off a cruise ship. The front desk girl was very pleasant and helpful. My total wait from walk in to discharge was about an hour and 20 minutes. It seemed pretty busy. Dr. Height was very pleasant and seemed to really care. Much better than the emergency room experience I had a few months back. If I'm ever back in town I will definitely visit here again.
