What an abysmal experience! I went in for a sinus lift and after 3+ hours in the chair and 3 sets of x-rays, the dentist proclaimed that he had pierced the sinus floor. Sounds like malpractice to me.
Overnight, this caused a raging sinus infection requiring antibiotics, steroids, pain killers, etc. The bill? $2700
When I sat down with their office manager to seek some relief on the charges, I was turned down... flat.
I have been a patient there for 2+ years and have spent upwards of $10,000 on deltal work. The least they could have done was meet me half-way for the loss of work, pain and suffering and a huge bruise on my face that took weeks to fade.
Bottom line, I wouldn't take a feral animal to Elite. They are dangerous and uncaring. It's a smaill island. Word will get around.

My experiences with Hawaii Family Dental Centers has been uniformly positive! Staff are friendly and gracious, and my dentist, Dr. Barry’s Sullivan has been a pleasure to interact with. My visits have been relatively painless given the level of treatment I need. All in all I’d recommend this center and it’s staff to anyone needing dental care.

I came to drop off my nephews medecine around 1:30. The clerk said it'll be 30 minutes, came back at 2:00 and the other clerk said it'll be 20 minutes. Came back at 2:20 she said " we're waiting on the pharmacist, we'll call on you. " Been here an hour and no medecine, greatly appreciate it if they told me in advanced that it'll be an hour or more 😡
