The male secretary, who answers the phone, at this clinic is extremely rude. He won't hesitate to hang up on you.

Great staff, very professional and personal care .

Had emergency implant loosening! They got me in immediately ( Sat) and knew the problem exactly! Only certain dentists will have the special tools to remove an implant crown. Keys to tighten the thing! He knew his stuff. Explained why it happened. What to do. And not do ( further surgery/ new implant). Awesome dentist! He’s been here for years and loves it much! Go to him! Run, don’t walk!

I cannot say enough good things about Kailua Dental Arts! I haven't gone in for my appointment yet but already the receptionist was so willing to work with me in setting up an appointment and walk me through what will happen since I hate going to see the dentist. She answered all of my questions and was so nice! 10 out of 10 **UPDATE I had an easy and relaxed appointment at the Kailua Dental Arts, which is unusual for me since I tend to be very anxious! The staff was friendly and the office was clean and well organized!

I love Dr. Choy and his staff at Aikahi Smile Designs. The office staff is cheerful and welcoming. Payments and procedures were always explained to me in detail, if I need it. Dr. Choy and his staff helped put me and my daughters at ease (we aren't always the best patients--myself, especially, since I'm such a weenie when it comes to pain and having dental work done!) but I can't believe I am saying that I love visiting my dentist. I know Dr. Choy truly takes an interest in me and my family and I'm not "just another patient." To help illustrate this, he even offered to help my daughter with her community service project by being a collection point for used clothing AND he OFFERED my daughters an opportunity to sell cards they made (to help victims in Japan's 2011 earthquake/tsunami). Dr. Choy EVEN matched the monetary amount sold in his office so my daughters had more money to donate to the Red Cross! He and his staff are so awesome. . . it's not just about healthy teeth and good hygiene at Aikahi Smile Designs! They want all aspects (mind, body, soul) to be as healthy and in check. . . just like our teeth! THAT is definitely something to smile about! I know you will NOT be disappointed in choosing Dr. Choy at Aikahi Smile Designs to be your dentist!
