I came here as a courier for Doordash. There were issues on Doordash's side, causing a delay at checkout. Mikaela was incredibly helpful and patient. If she was annoyed at the situation, she absolutely did not let it show.

Love this place have been going here for over 10 years. They always carry the top tier brands, are extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of spirits, and will also order whatever we need. This family owned establishment is the best around always with excellent customer service and friendly staff.

We love this place for all our drinking needs💙 and they carry the best locally owned tequila from Jalisco Mexico called Billy's Tequila 💙 yum smooth and zero additives.

Not too big, but well stocked and the staff are friendly. I took photo of the sign so it’s easier to recognize when driving there. Looks like there’s a pawn shop next door! Lol

Tom is very friendly and always shakes my hand. The prices are good as well. This is the only liquor store in Nacogdoches that has a drive through window. I rate it 5 stars !

This is the best liqour store in all of East Texas. Bryan, the manager, is the nicest guy you will ever meet. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Bryan is the best!

Very poor customer service! Paid for cup of ice and charged me for it before checking to see if they had any left. After I told her (young heavyset latina) that they were out she told me she didn’t know what to tell me and if I wanted ice I had to buy a 7lb bag of ice, instead of just opening a bag and making smaller bags for the cups. Very poor attitude and after making a small friendly joke in Spanish which I was not fluent in…. I was bombarded with Spanish and was clearly apparent that I was being made fun of in Spanish. I was embarrassed and humiliated and I will definitely not be going there again!

The customer service at this store is horrific. The girl at the front desk was rude and intentionally unhelpful. I’d been in the store to purchase a bottle for v-day that I asked to have wrapped (every employee is hesitant to do this). I mistakenly dropped the bottle and returned 30 minutes later to purchase a new one and i once again requested that it be wrapped. They refused to assist me and said no one could wrap it even though several employees were unoccupied. I even asked to take the wrapping home myself. They refused again and claimed to be prepping for an “event” the next day. The store was empty and the woman at the front desk was online shopping which I could clearly see. From now on, I’ll drive the extra few minutes to Total Wine where people are actually human.

Because of Covid-19 and the fact that we live far away, there was no way my sisters and I could be with my father to celebrate his 93rd birthday. Mona Patel at Black Tie Liquors was incredibly helpful on the phone when I called to place an order as a surprise for Dad, and she personally delivered it, following social distancing guidelines. Dad told me she had him step further into his house so that she could place the order inside the door. She included a Happy Birthday note from us and the beer she delivered was pre-chilled! Thank you Mona!
