This place has everything you could want plus stuff you don't even know you might. Keg prices are good. Wine selection is incredible. The beer cave or whatever they call it is incredible for selection. Also good price on ice.

Best location by far! Other locations never seem to have what I’m looking for, this location is always stocked and the staff is the best! The staff last time actually helped me pick out the best minis for a birthday project. They’re great!

Having just moved from Germany, I really needed my German beer thirst quenched, and South Academy Liquor did not disappoint. I was able to get my Munich Weissbier just like in Germany, and tastes the same as well. Great selection of everything else as well. Nice people as well, had good conversation and reasonable pricing.

It's very difficult for me to see in certain places the gentleman behind the counter was very nice and he went and got me what I needed, I was in and out in 5 minutes and all I had to do was show him a picture of what I wanted, I will be back

This IS the place to go if you're looking for your go-to drink or something a bit more difficult to get your hands on. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

We stopped in here while visiting Bastrop state park for the weekend. The knowledgeable bartender told me about the house made whiskey. I was really impressed with the sweet smokiness of the old fashioned she made. Although we couldn't stay long we plan to come back when we have more time in Bastrop.

Not even here nor it is I can’t find it and that makes it not worth trying to find. Frustrating.
