WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I initially signed up for solar panels in Feb, 2021. The sales rep told me the whole process could take up to 6 months but would likely be sooner. During the whole design and permitting process a rep kept in contact and kept me informed which was great! Once the panels were actually installed around the beginning of June, it has been a different story. The panels failed the 1st inspection from my power company. Empire told me that someone would be back with the correct antennae in 2 weeks. Those weeks passed and another few weeks without any communication from the company. I started calling my sales rep and the company for several days. By the following week somebody showed up but then still had to come back a few days later. The required antennae finally gets fixed and a new inspection appt was set up. Weeks later the panels pass inspection...FINALLY! Well, it doesn't end there. The Empire tech tried to turn them on says that he can't due to the wrong microchip or something like that. He said it would take 1-2 weeks. Now we are nearing the end of September and the panels are still not working. I've been paying for them for 3 months, their only customer service number is not functioning and I'm ready to go to the BBB.

They did a good job installing 2000 watts of solar panels on my house and shed.

If she wasn’t familiar with question she had instant access to those that did. I debated on giving a review or not. I wanted to give this company the benefit of doubt. However just like multiple customers have said they just aren’t very good. I had my solar panels installed on November 4 which only took a few hours to complete. At the end one of the technicians had told me that the inverter they installed wasn’t working properly. I figured they would come out and just replace it but a few weeks went by and I got no update. So I called and asked what was going on and was given a ticket number 808146. Again I thought with me making an effort for looking into what was happening something would happen. Once more they let me down. I called back again to ask for an update just to be told they cancelled that ticket since the inverter should be fine as it is brand new. However they submitted another ticket 834780 for it. Again. NOTHING has happened. I got my PTO granted December 5th and still haven’t had solar. I called today Dec 13 asking for an update to be put on hold while she talks with a manager to find out some details and what would you know? The rep came back on the phone to let me know that the inverter that supposedly fine since it was “brand new” needs to be replaced after all. They can’t give me an estimate of when a tech can come out and replace it but thinks it could be done in about 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and go with solar from someone else. Vivint needs to partner with someone else for solar before they start losing customers

The experience with this company has been excellent since day one! Very professional and quick to getting back to me whenever I had questions. I have had the panels for six months now & I regret not having them installed sooner! Richard assisted with all the planning and details, he was very professional and always with a great attitude.

From my very first email inquiry with Kuby to the final installation and approval of my solar panel system, Kuby was excellent to deal with. All of the staff I worked with, from the project managers to the installers were respectful, professional, and communicated well. Whenever I had questions about the progress of the project, they answered them quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend them for any solar project (and in fact I already have recommended them to a number of friends and family.)

We have dealt with Dale for about the last 3 years up grading our system at the lake along with my sister in laws, Dale is always a pleasure to deal with and has great patience, and willing to explain things and does not try to oversell would highly recommend Dale and this store we will not go anywhere else

Quantum Solar Power installed my system back in 2021. I live on the west side where there is a lot of wind and weather elements. After the initial install the production of my system didn't seem to be at its peak performance and we had a pretty bad hail storm which caused me to need a new roof. Quantum Solar Power came back out to detach the system so my insurance could replace the roof and they repositioned the panels in a better spot along with upgrading the wiring. The issue was resolved immediately and the system has been running strong ever since. I would highly recommend them for your solar install, panel removal and replacement, or electrical work.

I have just had solar panels mounted on my home. The project, conducted by Dandelion Renewables, allowed me contact with various members of the Company. I have found them, my experiences, and the final product to be above standard. Their guidance through the process made it understandable and easy. They answered all my questions professionally, completely and in a timely manner. I am very pleased with this Company's services and product, so much so that I have already recommended it to a neighbour who also contracted this company for his own solar panel project.

The overall experience seems to be great. For some reason I don’t get more then a few years out of a battery but they do stand behind their warranty and are polite when you deal with them. As for the battery life, I’m not sure whether it’s the gravel roads I frequent but two years seems to be the max I get out of the Canada proof batteries regardless of season.
