We have dealt with numerous solar equipment suppliers over the past 10 years and Baywa is one of the best. They have an extensive, growing product line inventory. Most importantly, staff are highly responsive, polite and enthusiastic about solar.

They could not deliver the order on time. After months of waiting I tried to cancel the order. That was in July and I have not seen any refund (over $3500!) and nobody is returning my many phone calls and emails. Avoid this business...Shady at best...I can only assume they are complete crooks or going bankrupt!

We had Solar Solutions install a rooftop solar pool heating system ten years ago. Then five years ago they installed a 32 panel rooftop solar electrical system. We have been happy with the quality of the hardware and the attentiveness of Gad Ronat and his team. They have quickly resolved the few issues we have experienced. We highly recommend this company!

John is amazing- always so honest and reliable! He even told my parents when he didn’t think work was worth completing saving them a large amount of money. It’s like having a mechanic that you can trust! He has completed work for us at a very fair price and always goes above on beyond. Don’t bother going anywhere else. I refer everyone I know that needs electrical work to John/Solar Ninjas.

Installed solar panels since November 2021 currently receiving 250+ electricity bills. They don’t answer calls, excuses to connect the pannels is a WASTE OF MONEY and a HUGE MISTAKE. Haven’t receive refund for my bills. REALLY BAD COMPANY do not go with border solar.

I am very pleased with my experience with Trismart Solar. My sales representative was Joey and he is beyond helpful. Joey kept me informed through the entire process AND continues to be helpful even months after the installation. If I have questions I can always text and he will handle it right away. Would recommend.

Very good experience working with the people from Sky Fire. Right from meeting with Richard for the on site inspection, to speaking with Ramon about the actual install, the whole process was seamless. All of their employees were knowledgeable and passionate about solar. Their onsite installation crew were first class and did their best to minimise any disruptions and the cleanup afterwards was perfect. No mess or bits lying around after they left. They happily answered my questions and were always professional. I would highly recommend Sky Fire to anyone who is thinking about getting a solar system installed!

Great experience beginning to end with these guys. The sales process was in depth and informative. Pricing was really good (I evaluated a number of vendors). They were patient and flexible with me as I was going through the Federal Greener Homes Grant / Loan Program. Once that was all approved, they were on site within a week and the system was ready to go after 2 days of work. The crew was super friendly and respectful. Everything looks good and tidy. Excited to see how the system works over the next many years. Thank you!!

As an engineer with >30 years of experience, I know that I am a tough sell. Several solar companies were going door to door to solicit business in our area, so I explored their proposals while also investigating other solar companies serving El Paso. In short, Solar Smart Living (SSL) secured my contract and they blew the competition out of the water! SSL had the best components, their own experienced employees in all areas (sales, engineering, installation, and accounting), actual leadership engagement, great service, fast response times, on-time delivery and a great PRICE! Other companies couldn't compare in any of these categories. The others seemed more interested in selling financing deals than quality systems. Most companies contract out the installation, do not provide full local service, and use one or more components that are not satisfactory. My experience with SSL, was outstanding from start to finish. Mike Allen in the sales department took the lead providing the initial presentation and excellent service throughout the project. Mike was far more versed in solar than the representatives from the other contenders. Due to the technical nature of some of my questions, when Mike couldn’t answer me, he lined up Javier in SSL Engineering to answer me. (NOTE - with all of the other solar companies I was never able to talk to an actual person in their engineering department or their leadership.) The owner of SSL, Larry Perea answered my questions about his business history and practices, and even texted me when he was out of town. The fourth quarter is SSL's busiest season as customers want their systems installed by year end to take advantage of the tax incentive. When I signed the contract, SSL said the system would be installed by year end and they even beat their mid-December install target date by several days. Throughout the project SSL took care of everything effectively: design, approval with EP Electric, permits, installation, inspection, meter updates with EP Electric and commissioning. Tony, Austin, and the installation crew were great and on time. Tony is a journeyman electrician who's been with SSL for 8 years. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Austin lead the roof installation and was equally professional. I was able to consult real time with Javier in engineering when some panels needed to be repositioned due to stack penetrations. The repositioning didn’t cause the installation crew to skip a beat. What a great thing to have experienced full-time crews! After installation, the El Paso inspector was out within a few days. It was another week to wait on EP Electric meters and then they turned on the system. The final step was for the SSL tech to activate the online system-monitoring account with a cool mobile app, and then I paid the final installment with Rosa who was delightful. All in all a great experience and a great deal with a fantastic local company. We are fortunate to have this level of solar company in El Paso!

Mark and his staff are amazing! We had travelled from the US and were going through Alberta. We had put together a solar system in our trailer with Victron components before we left home and I was not confident that I had done everything correctly. We stopped at CBI Solar, and Mark and Glendon spent almost 3 hours with us, going through the system, configuring the settings and making up some new cables. I highly recommend Mark and CBI Solar. Throughout the entire process they were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you all so much for your help!!
