We live Off Grid and our 6 year old AGM batteries had been waning over the last year. We did some research & emailed Battle Born batteries as they were made in USA. Derrick Theel contacted us the same day. We realized after speaking with Derrick the Battle Born lithium batteries would cost less, weight only about 30 lbs & be 90 lbs less than the AGM batteries, as well as, take up half the space. We would only need 8 Battle Born Lithium batteries vs 16 AGM batteries we had on our system & best of all...we could have them in four days. We've only had the lithium batteries installed on our system less than a week, the difference is night & day! We are very pleased with our decision & even more pleased with the greater battery capacity. Derrick at Dragonfly Energy helped tremendously with all aspects, making it an easy decision to change to Battle Born Lithium batteries. Derrick has been fantastic to work with, responsive & informative throughout the entire change over process. We would highly recommend Dragonfly Energy, Battle Born Lithium batteries & especially Derrick Theel.

We had an amazing experience with Renova and we are so glad we went solar and included a battery. Neighbors recommended Renova after much research and we could not be happier with them. Cory Hartman, our sales rep was knowledgeable, thorough and spent a tremendous amount of time with us and continues to walk us through our system post install. The quality of their work is outstanding - Alejandro and Demetrius supervised to make sure everything was installed promptly and correctly and was working perfectly. The quality of their product and installation is superior. We especially liked that they are a one stop contact firm. They take care of all permitting, roof repair, scheduling, maintenance, etc., you don't have to deal with numerous companies to get things done.

Sales reps were easy to reach, offered good advice, and everything pre-sale was fantastic. Just hope that after the sale you do not need any tech support, you will be ignored. I have called twice and left clear, simple voicemail both times - tech support line rings directly through to voicemail, a bad sign from the start. The first call was three days ago and the second call was two days after that. I still have not received a call back. Company is quick to make the sale but does not have time for you once your money has been received. Currently trying to get someone to call me back through the online chat on their website. I was told someone would be calling me shortly, but I have yet to receive a call. Dropping to one star - That's right, your team did try to contact me after I left this review and contacted your online chat. Since I live in the mountains where cell coverage is spotty, and was driving, it went right to voicemail. When I tried calling back I got the same run-around, left a voicemail, and never received a call back. Third time, no luck. I've given up as it is apparent that you just do not care about the customer after sale. It is sad that I have to leave a lousy review and complain in online chat to get that ONE call.

I basically found what I wanted on my own. But when I asked for help. Customer service person helped me right away. Very nice...and cashier was great and good to talk to.... but as usual you always end up buy what you didn't go there for. Like this watch for only $9.99!

I had a wonderful experience with the good people at Semper Solaris. My daughter and her 2 kids moved back home with me and my electric bills went haywire. I tried to use the ceiling fans at night instead of the air conditioning but when it’s still 90 degrees at night it just blows hot air. Very uncomfortable especially upstairs where the bedrooms were located. My daughter was the one who told me about solar panels and I knew it was a possible solution. It ended up saving our family from possibly moving into an apartment because we couldn’t keep up with the increasing electricity rates. Thank you Semper Solaris for making it so easy to qualify for the loan and for lessening the stress on our shoulders. We are very happy customers.
