Fabric Suppliers

Fast. Cheaper with good quality. Staff friendly.

I've been using the repair facility at this shop for 10 years. As a result of the service shop attached, I have purchased lessons and bought additional supplies and software. The Service Technicians are incredibly knowledgable, they are able to solve problems others can not. Steve is especially an asset to this business. Husqvarna sewing machine service and repair is the best in Alberta! I drive from another large city just to spend my repair money at this store.

Great quality! No complaints at all.

Pro cut are awesome they will get what u need at a fair price Customer service excellent

She is the. BEST!!

Worst website ever. Clicked on photos...none. Clicked on workshops...got 2015; clicked on fabric....blank screen. Won't even bother going to the store.

Placing a review to inform people that you need an account to order through this business. They have a show room with tons if samples, but don't expect to be able to buy 1ft of fabric right off. They do foam and accessories as well. Lots of boat coverings and marine fabrics.

It seems to me that this storw nedds a little bit of upgrading The till and the check out experience should go smoother. Modern technology is needed here. The stock is great and i found some unique zippers for my proects

Where has integrity, quality and customer service gone? “In 1938 the vision for McArthur Fine Furniture was clear bring people home, exceed expectations and deliver a unique experience.” This is a quote from their website however, the key word in this sentence is the word was. Somewhere along the line and three generations later their vision has been watered down to poor quality and the word “sorry” that has no meaning behind it. In December 2016 we purchased a sofa and two recliners from this company, along with a 5 year extended warranty that we were led to believe would cover the any problems that may incure in the future. However, fast forward fifteen months later and we call because the padding on the foot rest has slipped out of position and the leather is showing wear on the arms rest. It also appears that the foam is breaking down on the arm rest and seat of the sofa because there are small white specs appearing on the leather. We were told by the representative from McArthur’s that this is a manufacturer default and that is not covered in their warranty. (That is only 1 year warranty ) It is only my husband and I that live here we do not abuse our furniture. We have other leather furniture in our home that is probably 10 to 15 years old and looks better than this sofa and recliners from McArthurs. This company is more than happy to take your money for the furniture and offer an extended warranty that isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. My advice to anyone is STAY AWAY from McArthur if you want good quality and customer service. Rachelle

Ordered a Big Bag of Garden soil and also got 20 lbs of stones, gravel size. Careful what you ask for.
