BEST costumer service I have received in a long time! I called to explain my issues I was seeing with my wall tent. Explained that I could bring the tent down, but lived 3.5hr away. When I showed up, ALL the staff was there to help me out, in less than 3 hours I was back on the road for home. And that included a last minute sewing project that Michelle knocked out of the park for me. THANK YOU ALL at Airdrie Canvas for the superior service and quality of products.

Always a pleasant time when I go there. The staff are always ready and willing to help. Kurstyn is a wonderful help and she always greets with a smile!

Airdrie paint and decor is a great find if you want a family run small business that cares about the small stuff. Had the chance to receive help from both Pete (owner) and Dez on seperate occasions and they know their stuff! Instead of getting paint advice from a 17 year old at Home Depot, give these guys a chance and support a great business!

Efficient system and great price!

Did great work, very reasonable priced. We had a 2 seat leather ottoman redone here and the work was done flawlessly and for just over $200, for the quality of work done I am shocked the price is so low. Will be relying on this business for any future needs

We purchased around 5000sf of foam for a climbing gym at a very good price. They shipped all of the foam (3 trucks full) all cut perfectly to size with EXTREME precision. If you are reading this and considering using Sureline, please contact BLOCS climbing gym in Edmonton AB for a reference. I can't say enough good things about our experience with this company.

Great service good supply.

They sell threads

Awesome

Rude people on the phone. No offer to help on unit pricing or flexible on drop off dates. Do not even attempt to give these people business!!!

Fantastic place to shop. Extremely well stocked, great prices and fantastic service and staff. Always a smile and a desire to help.

The customer service here is outstanding, Maria takes care of all of your needs. She went above and beyond for every project. The printing quality is pristine and depending on the job, they are incredibly speedy despite their 7-9day turn-around policy. Thank you Alberta Printing Co.

This Michaels location has less-hectic parking than some of the other Michaels store in Calgary. Lots of selection and you can usually find things in stock here compared to the one in Beacon Hills. Like other stores, they have kids mini craft events that cost only $2 every Saturday for kids ages 3 and up. Supposedly you can drop your child off at the craft event and you can go shopping within Michaels, but there is only 1 staff running the event and if they have more than 3 kids, there's no way that one staff can help your child if s/he needs help doing the craft. They have an app that lets you check for sales, coupons, and craft events. They always have at least 40% off one item coupon so ensure to use that coupon when shopping at Michaels.

as a purchaser I feel Sabic is one of the easiest vendors to deal with in the city

Much more open and retail friendly, they dont keep the tools and stamps behind the counter, its all out in the main area, staff was super helpful, and its nice not to have to drive to the south end from Airdrie.

I've been shopping here for some time for my business (Polardog Outfitters). PacCana has been helpful, quick to deliver, and excellent for their customer service. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
