Financial Advisors

Before meeting Scott I was always leery of what a business advisor could actually do for a business. Well, after sitting down with Scott and getting to know him better and seeing him on a continual basis, my perception of his craft has changed immensely. As a business owner myself, I will have no qualms about letting my network of people know that they should be speaking with Scott to enhance their business.

I needed someone who i can trust to be able to sit down with and take care of my Financials,savings, and be able to get better rates for my insurance. He took his time answered my questions and helped me to work on my plan to retirement and always there when i need him!

Although my husband deals with TD bank, my RRSP investments had been with BMO Nesbitt Burns for 20 years. As we had joint accounts with TD, we were referred to Hilary Chan/Financial Planner. Not only was he personable, I was very impressed with Mr. Chan's knowledge and his professionalism. He listened to our financial goals and spent time reviewing our investments & developed a portfolio for us with graphs, timelines, projections, retirement goals etc ; all summarized in a folder. My BMO financial advisor never offered do that. I was very impressed with Hilary's customer service that, I transferred all my RRSP'S fr BMO Nesbitt Burns to let Hilary over see our investments. The BMO Nesbitt Burns financial advisor made little effort to spent time evaluating my short & long term goals; especially; when I was looking at retiring in the near future. Mr. Chan was the complete opposite; doing his job of what a financial planner should be doing for his clients. It was very refreshing to deal with Mr. Chan. We are content both of our RRSP'S investments are now managed by TD Waterhouse.
