Terrible service trying to get my brand new windows to work properly. It has been since last May. These are brand new windows we paid for that have not worked since day one.. and it was reported day one. The windows do not stay open and we are getting zero support in spite of the fact that they tell us the windows are 100% guaranteed!!!!!!!
