Flooring

Friendly staff. Family run business.

Nice experience, knowledgeable staff.

Bob is great to deal with. One stop shop for all your flooring needs.

Cold atmosphere her. Some of the staff are cold and condescending. And others are absolutely wonderful. But overall is aagoid hardware store that needs to be checked out because there are savings to be had. I saved $250. just by price comparing at Rona on our small reno project

Excellent. Service sevice service! If you don't know what you're looking for, they do and they will find it. This is the most pleasant hardware store I've ever been to.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional service and attention that we received from everyone at Arnprior Flooring. They go above and beyond and provide the kind of personal service that is very hard to find these days.

Fantastic service and pricing! Willing to work with customers, provide samples etc!

Great customer service. When they came for the estimate, they explained their service well so I knew what to expect and they answered all of my questions. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from. Installers arrived on time and were very professional. I'm a very meticulous person and was very concerned with the dust when they were grinding my floor but couldn't have asked for a nicer job.

thank you

What an awesome store! People working there are super friendly too.

Jason the ultimate professional from design through installation. The quality of the cabinets, color and hardware was perfect. My Camaro loves the new showroom

Excellent work! Had all hardwood floors in my house refinished. They did a great job, we have had several people ask us who did the work and we are happy to point them in the direction of superior reflections. Finished project in one day and I barely had to clean up behind them as they did a great job blocking things off so sand dust wasn’t going throughout my house. Thanks for a job well done and if we need anything in the future we will not hesitate to hire you again!

My fiance and I recently ordered cabinets from the store in North Tonawanda, Ny. I would like to first start off with saying that I would never ever order anything from your company again due to the fact that it took weeks longer for our cabinets to come in then what was told to us, plus These cabinets are a joke! Not only did they not come with ANY instructions, EVERY piece of wood was warped! THEY ARE GARBAGE! we knew they wouldn't be that great but for $2,000 they should at least fit together! When we went to the store to complain about these terrible cabinets that will now put my kitchen remodel behind. We were treated terribly and advised "things like this happen some times". We were offered new crappy cabinets and told we would have to wait 6 weeks for them, we told them this wasn't a possibility since we were literally in the middle of a remodel and would be charged more by our contractors. We were told there was nothing that could be done!!! After sometime the manager finally agreed to take back the draw pulls that came and looked incredibly cheap - not at all like the ones on display. He tried to tell us since they were a custom order we couldn't return them, they didn't even look like the ones we picked out!!! Ugh! I am so disgusted with this company. Now our remodel is behind and we have to spend hours gluing, nailing and clamping these cabinets together to make them form actual squares and not circles!!! Not to mention having to try and find clamps large enough was a pain in itself!! I never write reviews but I really hope I can save someone else the trouble that we have had. This company is ridiculous and next time I would gladly spend far more money and go to another company with better quality and better customer service. Companies that treat people like this should be put out of business and usually do, I only hope karma will catch up to the frauds in charge of this company.
