Flooring

Amazing experience the best in town! The owner went out of his way on multiple occasion to ensure that the job was completed ! Definetly recommend this place

Very helpful. Prices can't be beat!

Good prices, good service and knowledgeable staff. All-around great experience

Fabulous selection and wonderful staff! We love our new floors :)

Frank and his team were so helpful during my recent basement/bath reno. The store is conveniently located, ample parking and offers an incredible variety of product to suit every need & budget.

a minute ago-Edit I have used Great Floors in Strathroy and London. Both times a disaster. With STRATHROY store I had to have my shower floor tile installed THREE times to get it to drain properly (only took 6 months), and now, shower tile for another reno ordered from LONDON store, and they sent me boxes of taped up returned product from another job with multiple tile colours. When they claimed they would fix the problem and send the right product 5 days later, I received one box. $400,000 dollars in renovations and the ONLY failure/problems have been with this company BOTH times. And when I wrote a review on their FB page...they deleted the option to write reviews.

Great friendly staff... Excellent job at a reasonable price.

Great Flooring, Great prices, Great Staff.

Great selection, friendly staff, good pricing as well. They also have installed our flooring and installers did a great job.

I had a glass back splash installed and it Didn't go well. The store did try hard to resolve my issues and in the End I did not have to pay full price, paid half. I am not happy with the job but understand the product was difficult to use and cut. At the end of the day I think another company could have done a better job. I will give the store credit for trying to fairly work a resolution with me, but I cannot recommend that anyone use this location for installations. I will recommend them if you are doing the work yourself and simply buying the products at Carpet One. Just be aware and outline expectations and quality before hand and Good Luck.

Very helpful and willing to work with you on anything you want to get done

I have found there pricing competitive and their customer service has been fantastic! Tyler, in particular, has been very prompt to respond to all of my questions, via email, phone and in person.

good place to shop for lights and house hold needs
