Terrible customer Loyalty, Horrible customer service & very Bad, way to High pricing/prices : \ this Place is a Joke, Your better off getting Your Carpet/Flooring supplies at a Home Depot or Lowe's & hiring an Independent Carpet mechanic/Installer off C. List or Angie's List to do the Install.., I honestly Don't know Why or How they are still in Business or Why "Anyone" deaLs with Them? Desperate Crpt installers & Stupid Store owners I Guess : \ I wouldn't Give this Place another Penny of My hard earned $money$ They're two bit Thieves!!!

I was in the lawn and garden department for 15 min w/no help and there was a gentleman who walked up and ask if he could help, I replied yes and he was very helpful and understanding, very apologetic for my wait. I'm sorry I didn't get his name I know he said he assembles all the displays in the back, very knowledgeable that store needs more employees like him and he should be a model of how to interact with people.

We went to the Home Show and found Class Carpet booth. They were very nice and told us about their showroom. They wrre so helpful.
They had the best price for what we were looking for. We Love the carpet. Their installer were great. They even put a piece of carpet at our front door for them to wipe their shoes on before they came in. I will be referring all of my friends and family to them.

We are thrilled with our new wood floor in our family room and the repair and refinishing to an existing wood floor as well as a staircase and landing. Beautiful workmanship done by pleasant, friendly and professional workers. The work was done in a timely manner and the results amazing. Thank you, we could not be more pleased!

I hired Floor Creations Inc.to refinish all off my hardwood flooring and to put carpet in my daughter's room. It was a absolute pleasure to deal with Jim. All the work was completed on schedule and everything was cleaned up beyond expectation. As far as value is concerned, his work was priceless and he will be coming back for continued renovation projects because his price and workmanship was spot on!!!!
