Great service at the Horseheads Lowes.

Got what we wanted at a good price. We compaired prices before hand. Located near our home too.

We stopped in to get a specialty bulb. Bob helped me find what I needed, explained to me my options for the different bulbs, and gave me some recommendations. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the level of help that he provided. He then helped us out in the lighting and assisted us in picking out three hanging light. We were very grateful for his help.

Yeah, well...where to start? Just moved to the area..purchased all of our appliances here. With installation. Not ONE delivery was on time or even within the 2 hour window they provide. On one occasion they showed up an HOUR early while we were still MOVING!! Then got pissy about it with us. We purchased our stove on the 6th of the month, it is now the 20th and it still has not been installed. Had to cancel the installer at Lowe's and go with an independent just so we can cook food in our house again. Meanwhile, it has been costing us $50 a day or more to eat out. I expect service at a store like this, whether it's a $5 bag of screws or $10000 in appliances. This has been nothing but a horror show. Our hometown Lowe's was much more on the ball than this one. It has been one thing after another. Even the service desk has been rude on returns. Sorry Lowe's you have lost me as a customer.

Helpfull staff,very large inventory,lumber also!

Always pleasant service. Very helpful.

What you'd expect from a TSC. Took a bit of walking around to find staff to answer a question but no big deal.

Great store and nice people.

Best place for tile and carpeting.

So pleased with our experience having new floors put in. They did a great job clearly communicating ahead and time, and when the time came they were fast and efficient but didn't cut any corners, did great work. Pleased with the price and the product.

THIS STORE I CANNOT TELL YOU I PURCHASED SOME LIGHTING FROM THE LIGHTING DEPARTMENT,WE GOT HOME AND 4 OUT THEE 6 LAMPS WE PURCHASED WERE BROKEN ,WE WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO RETURN THEM AND THEY CLAIMED WE BROKE THEM ,THEY WOULDNT RETURN OUR MONEY ,WE HAD TO CALL THE COPS ON THE LADY THE ASSISTANT MANAGER HER NAME WAS SARAH OR SOMETHING SHE EVEN CURSED AT ME!!!!! WE ARE PLANING TO SUE THE HOME DEPOT OVER THIS EMBARRASSING INCIDENT!!!! NO WONDER LOWES IS STEALING ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!

We were looking for our kitchen cabinets and got pricing from several places. We received the best price from this place, the cabinets are all solid wood and very nice quality. We ordered them on Saturday and picked them up in 7 days. I'll be heading back for tile and to have them design my upstairs kitchen. Great group of guys and fun.

I have been using Floors Direct for about 10 year at a couple of properties. He has yet to disappoint me. Justin, the owner, will personally sell you what you need, without all the BS you will get from a commissioned salesperson. I have bought carpet and linoleum. He even installed some sound proofing under-lament for me. Basically, from my years of home ownership, when you find a company that you trust, loyalty goes a long way.

They got the urine smell out and was cheaper than any other estimate i got. They garantee their work and did a great job. Finished ahead of schedule, followed up after job. Cant ask for more, they get an A plus

What a great experience I had with Harris Flooring. They started the job on time and finished when promised, on time. The price was VERY reasonable for the work they did. Steve, Arnie, Andy and their crew were amazing, each introduced themselves when they arrived to do the work and were neat and clean the whole time, no dust at all. As with anything, nobody's perfect, there was an issue with a rug they cut and the original saddle they had gotten wouldn't cover it correctly. Steve went out, on the spot, got another bigger saddle and put that one on at no extra charge, no excuses or argument. That is customer service and why I would recommend them to anyone who asks me.

Great customer service!
