Had just what I needed, plus knowledgeable staff that told me where to find it. Clean store too!

I bought a washing machine from the mile strip Road location three weeks ago . I still don’t have my washing machine delivered I have been ran through the ringer jerked around now all the sudden they lost my account . I will never buy an appliance from them again .I am also on my way to the store now to take back my money and I will go to Sears

Very helpful gentleman at the Dunkirk Fredonia store..helped me locate the belt I needed for my snowblower..

The staff was professional, knowledgeable. They took the time to make you feel comfortable and didn't pressure you. I would recommend this store be visited.

We've used Valley Floor on several occasions and have been delighted with the outstanding service as well as the quality of the products we've purchased. I would highly recommend Valley Floor. We found the team to be professional, knowledgeable and patient as we made decisions that would have a major impact on our home.

My parents bought a hallway carpet from Decorator Carpets a few weeks back, and within days of the install, I walked across it not knowing I had a glob of tar on the bottom of one of my sneakers. Needless to say, it greatly compromised the look and feel. Attempting to clean it only made it worse. This is when I reached out to Rick and his father, assuming they’d tell me there was nothing they could do. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Not only were they empathetic, you could tell they wanted to find a solution just as badly as I did. And not just any solution, the best solution. They could’ve nickeled and dimed me but they didn’t. These guys are the definition of professional and did everything they could to create a memorable experience for my family and I. I highly recommend these guys. You won’t beat their service.

Nice selection

VERY POOR SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
