I had to cancel. No show 4 times!!! Ridiculous.

Half the workers are helpful the other half are disgruntled or don't know anything. Can't wait for Lowe's to open up for some friendly competition.

I wish these guys did roofs, built houses, did electric and plumbing. Quality craftsmanship that's hard to find in today's world!

excellent !!!

The return of the old-fashioned hardware, Hooray! A great assortment of everything.

Exceptional customer service, pricing, and product selection. All in all a wonderful.experience.

This store is constant in one thing. Horrible costumer service. Every single time I go they just fail. Today they had me waiting for 20 minutes by the back door for one bag or rice coal. Another time I went they refused to take my tax exempt number. When asked why they said because its not a farm number. It was a new york state number. Another time they refused to price match a competitor on dog food. Saying that I needed to bring in a recite for the exact same food from the competition. They would not take the price that was listed on the compitions web site as proof. Honeoye falls store on the other hand simply amazing constant amazing service and staff that go above and beyond to help. Even as far as lending their own personal tools to help out when the shelf is empty. Will never again go to the geneseo store. Honeoye falls for life baby.

Excellent prices - very helpful and accommodating. I love this store!

These guys are the best. Awesome customer service and they offer great products.

Huge selection and helpful staff. Best prices by far. The kitchen department is amazing, gave us many ideas on how to design our own kitchen and countertop and backsplash.

Muppets to Home Depot with a successful but not what you will always be worth you going but I succeeded my tasks
