We had our hardwood floors refinished and some additional hardwood flooring installed. Luke and his team did a fantastic job on both refinishing and the install. The worst experience ever. We picked a floor {took two appointments}. Then we made and confirmed a date of instillation. we got a call morning of instillation telling us the installers are nearby and they will arrive in an hour or two. after two hours I called the salesperson to ask about the timing she said "if they called you and said they were coming, then they are coming" After a couple of hours more i started calling all the EMPIRE numbers I had. about 3pm after many calls the salesperson said they not coming soon after the EMPIRE worst customer service persons ever also told me the New York Area offices were closed for the day With all this mess up on the EMPIRE part Nobody wants to talk to me or fix anything or even give a proper apology. THIS IS WHY WE NEED SOCIAL NETWORKING LESS BAMBOOZELING MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wonderful service and craftmanship. Awesome to do business with and will always be there after the sale. It's nice to do business with the people who sell, install and service the work. I highly recommend.

HORRIBLE. Don't ever do business with these thieves. They took my (large) deposit 4 months ago and never delivered. They are crooks, thieves and liars. Once they get your money, they stammer, babble and stutter an ongoing litany of total BS. The staff just pass you around to another sales-person and pretend that no one is in charge. The fact that such a bunch of incompetent bums can keep the doors open is a miracle.

Great Experience with Dyal and his flooring company. He sanded, stained, an put poly on all of my hardwood floors. He is very nice and easy to work with and very smart, he knows what he is doing. I will definitely use his services again. Dyal came to my home the day of the estimate and sanded my floors down and put different stains that day so I could chose which one I liked. When he didn't have a specific color I was looking for he ran to home depot just to get me the different color samples right away. When he came to do the job he was prompt and did very good quality work. He is very nice and easy to work with. I made a mistake of cleaning the bedroom floor on Thanksgiving day with a cleaner I shouldn't have used which affected the shine of the floor...and I called Dyal in panic. He responded to my call right away on Thanksgiving day and was so nice and helpful, he said he will swing by and take a look and try to correct any problem I created (FYI listen to Dyal and use BONA products only). He is very good with his price and is extremely fair. I would honestly not recommend another person to do the flooring. He is a hard worker, honest man, with quality work and good rates. What more can you ask for!! The attached photo is my bedroom that was just fixed by Dyal's colleague.

They repaired a damaged carpet in my home. They scheduled quickly, charged a fair price, were timely, polite, and I am very satisfied with the repair. I will use them again and would recommend them.

Lots of great flooring

Not only did it take them 6 weeks until they installed our carpet after we ordered it--we had to keep calling to even get them to install it at that point. So if you buy from them, nail down an installation date and have them date and sign it in a contract or don't buy from them. THEN, when they installed it, they left the doorways unfinished, coming up and fraying. Brand new, EXPENSIVE carpet! We have called and left messages 4 times now, no one will help us, each time the act dumb, and they will not correct their mistake. My husband even tipped the installers generously. Just don't go there.

Went carpet shopping for carpet tile. We asked if we could order a single tile for use as a sample to see if we like the way it would look in a room. "Sorry we don't have samples in that color". The point of carpet tile is to be able to replace a damaged section with ease. But you can't order just 1 tile.
