Flooring

We had odd shapes and a difficult install, but the people here were amazing from sales to install. The quality of the carpet and pad is also amazing.

From going to store, to Ed coming out to measure for wall to wall, to installation, it was one of the easiest, seamless (no pun intended) experiences I have ever had. Installers were great and really worked efficiently, quickly, and we're so clean. Didn't have to vacuum after they were done. All this was accomplished in one weeks time

Mike and Mom are professional and courtious!

Dan is very professional, always on time and in budget. Have had him done jobs for me and will call again.

Salesman gave an estimate for a job, said it WOULD be done in one day,the sub contractor took over 2hour lunch and then when we called Schaffer the salesman said that he would be done today,we are still waiting for the job to be completed,he just got only the pad down and sub contractor said it was more work than expected,we called again at the end of the day and told the salesman and he finally talked to the sub contractor and they said it was more complicated than expected and now the room is waiting to be finished,, VERY DISAPPOINTED,, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Why is Google having me rate places I've never been?

Very good customer service. Always willing to help load my trunk.

The people in this store are very friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for. I had ceramic tile put in my kitchen and Sultan did an impeccable job. Cory and Tanner put in my floor and they were very nice and worked carefully getting the job done right and it's beautiful. Don't hesitate having them work for you.

Home Depot needs to change their appliance delivery service. They need to stock appliances and not use a third party delivery service. We ordered a clothes washer on Wednesday and were given the option of delivery on Friday or Saturday and we chose Saturday. We never received our confirmation call on Friday and when we called were told to call back on Saturday which we did. It turns out that the delivery service didn't receive our appliance and their solution was to deliver it the following Saturday. Unacceptable to wait 10 days for delivery of a clothes washer. We cancelled the order and bought the same appliance at Lowe's which they had in stock at the store without any issues.

Excellent service and product. Professional and prompt communication before and AFTER the sale was complete and the carpet installed. Local (non-box store) business.

Greenfield Flooring has installed new carpeting in my living room, nursery, and playroom. They were very professional and did a great job with the installation. I would highly recommend them.
