Flooring

Showed up at my house when he said he would be there. Very professional had samples diligent and a very good guy can't say professional enough about him

best flooring supplier I have ever worked with.

I must say that I had an excellent experience with Hudson Valley Epoxy Flooring. Rob was very informative, understood my concerns and was extremely helpful. He showed us all the possibilities for flooring options. Highly recommend for all your flooring needs!

A beautiful selection of high quality low price rugs. Our sales person was very helpful and informative

The store has a pretty good selection, but like most large hardware stores, the staff can be hit or miss. Some staff are wonderful, others are impatient or not very knowledgeable. The worst thing that I've experience at this (and most hardware stores) is when staff refuse to say the words "I don't know". If I ask a question especially a more technical one, it's perfectly fine for an employee to say "I don't know", but what's not acceptable is for them guess or to waste my time telling me obvious things I already know. But that's certainly not unique to this store. Also, there seem to never be enough carts available for large items, and staff won't help you find one. That said, overall it's a great place to find what you need. There's also a bigger selection on the store's website which you can have shipped to the store for free, and if you sign up for the credit card you can get good coupons discounts.
