Convenient and nice assortment of different hardware, tools, and materials sold but store hours are very limited.

Wonderful customer service and pleasant

Great customer service every visit always the minute you walk in your greeted an asked if they can be off service.

Chick day! Wonderful family time.

Chris and Brian are the men to do quality work, sadly in many cases a thing of the past. Our kitchen cupboards proved to be a true test. They are original and well made with years of use. Solid and well made but the years of use left them faded and tired. We hoped to return them to former beauty but did not think it possible. We were amazed. So glad we chose this company and Chris and Brian to do the hard work to bring "it home"

Great prices and will beat any competitor around!

Pleasure to work with. Variety of great products , tiles cabinet etc for selection.

I found Royal after getting stood up by another manufacturer few times, and man, I am happy that I did. The entire experience was just wonderful. My point of contact was Sara, who not only responded promptly to any and all my questions but went above and beyond when it came to giving me a list of stone suppliers in both Nassau and Suffolk (I went with European in Farmingdale). Once I chose an actual slab, my kitchen counters were ready for install in three business days. Installers were courteous and super professional. They covered my floors with drop cloths, paid close attention to cabinets and appliances- not to damage them, installed counters seamlessly and then cleaned up after themselves beautifully. I wish all contractors I delt with were this great. Phenomenal job.

Competent, friendly and both the sales lady (Kelly) and the owner went overboard to make sure that I was well satisfied with my granite countertops. The sales lady understood the color combination I was trying to achieve in my kitchen renovation and she worked tirelessly to find me (an obscure) granite color that was just perfect for us! The owner, Randy, even came to our little house to make sure that it was all installed correctly and on-time. I HIGHLY recommend these people.

Recently had carpet installed, very professional and zero issues with the whole process. Justin and the owner, Dave, were very helpful. You can tell immediately if you walk around their store that their products and expertise are far superior to the big box stores. Even though I only dealt with carpet, their hard surface flooring options seemed extremely thorough as well, and their showroom is full of many different types of product. Definitely give Bishop's a look if you need some new flooring!

Special Ithaca hardware store that makes awesome use of its well placed but small store.

This place has stuff you have never seen before, great deals on art supplies, snacks, and books. You wouldn't wanna go grocery shopping here, but its an excellent place for leisure items.

Wonderful! the person that helped us was so patient and knowledgeable. My husband has some problems explaining what he wanted she took her time and he didn't feel rushed. He was quite pleased with your store also you were so well stock. TY

Great place to work, stays busy, and they definitely know how to keep their customers happy. There are also a lot of repeats customers.
