Flooring

Always helpful staff. Pleasant place to shop for the occasional hardware or houseware item.

I have worked with Rosendale Carpet for the last 10 years as a contractor and have sent many clients to them to purchase their flooring. Not once have they come back unhappy and there have been times that they would stop there on the way to one of the big box store thinking they would get a better price only to come back and buy their flooring in Rosendale. When it was time for me to buy New hard wood floors I went there and got only a great price I got the best selection i have ever seen. Every box had 5 or 6 long boards instead of 1 or maybe if you are lucky 2. Great prices, family owned, and all around honorable and decent people to work with, business the way it use to be and should be.

excellent service and work - would highly recommend -- the floors came out beautiful - Joe is also a great guy!

I have worked with this company through my job (an apartment program) for many years and they have been very efficient and extremely well priced. The owner and his sons are friendly and are very helpful when looking for a new peice of furniture. I used them personally two years ago, purchasing a bed and a couch, both are well made and no issues have arrised with either items. They delivered the items, put the bed together which I loved, but the couch I ended up not liking the color, so I went in and spoke to the owner about it. They came back picked up the couch and delivered me a new one to my liking. I have had no issues with either items. I am moving soon and will need new furniture, I will only be purchasing from Frights, as they have great costumer service and prices. I have sent many ppl to them and all have been happy costumers. Highly recommended!!!

I take pride in my work and love to make all your projects come true

I had my living room, dining room and stairs refinished by A&E. They did an outstanding job! The floors look better than new and there was no noticeable dust. I chose a company that used a sander vs a stripper since the floor were damaged in several spots from water overflowing from potted plants. We didn't have to put up any plastic curtains to contain the area. After sanding the floors smooth, A&E put down three coats of water based finish, two in one day and the third coat after drying overnight. I had a choice of either water based or oil based and I chose the water based since my wife uses an inhaler and I wanted minimum fumes, you could barely smell the water based finish as it was drying plus the floor dried in a little over an hour. They even helped move the furniture. It's a great company, they did an excellent job.

I would not do business here. The owner is is disruptive to the neighborhood and disrespectful of the older neighbors.

This is a amazing place, they have a lot of collections of hardwood flooring. I purchased my Armstrong 5” oceanside grey oak over here. They are Armstrong Elite Showroom,, the only one in New York City. I trust this brand. There is a professional sales, his name is Frank. I believe if you have some problems about floor, the guy can help you out. I do recommend this place for flooring, the location is under BQE highway, 26 exit.

I bought a 2008 Subaru Legacy, I have had this vehicle 10 months. I have only been able to drive it 4 months. It has been in and out of the shop since I bought it. I had to bring it back with in the first week for repairs, I have had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to get this vehicle to even drive. I could write a book on the terrible service I received, and the repairs with in 5 months my car needed a new motor... my car is only worth $ 2,000 and I owe 10k on it. If I paid this car off today I would have paid a total of 19k on for something worth $2,000 go to your local pick and pull and you will probably find something of better quality. An nicer more professional people. Let's not forget the sign in his office said there was 5 days after sale to return it, and he was not in office, or on a wine tour, then refused...I could go on for days......,his mechanics couldn't even figure out whether my car had to be off or on to hook up to the computer...

Great selection, knowledge, and service.
