Flooring

5 star made our house come to life with our beautiful stained floors!! They redid our stairs stained all the wood flooring and installed all new white spindles and made our entrance to our home that much better!! Thanks for the awesome job!! We highly recommend!!

I had a very positive experience with this company They really knew their stuff and my bathrooms are stunning If you want lovely quality work go there

I got tons of help, staff was wonderful, they fit the huge rug in my ford fusion, but even if they couldn't they volunteered to tie it to the top of the car. Huge HUGE selection. Prices are reasonable and there is something for every budget, but if you want high quality you will pay for it. I told them when I walked in I was looking for something cheap for a basement. Since I foster stray dogs, it would be covered in muddy foot prints and... ehem, other things- I would probably throw it out in a year. Even knowing I was bargain basement shopping, I still got excellent helpful service. I ended up buying a lovely rug for my dining room, alas the basement is still bare. Oh- and if you find a pattern you like but need a different size, they may have it on hand, so make sure you ask.

Barely knew they were around and finished products.are a amazing, new kitchen and two new baths. Happy Happy Happy

Great place to shop had my kitchen done prices are good and service and installers were very professional. Wife is so happy.

Awesome work and customer service. I will never use anyone else for my hardwood floor repair/refinishing!

Just had them back to install laminate in a bedroom that was carpeted (they replaced a floor in my den 4 years ago when we moved in). Great job on both occasions, neat & reasonably priced.

I will preface my review by saying that Jo and "Floors, Decor and More" was referred to me by a client who had used their services that was quite satisfied with the company's service. But that level of satisfaction is far from what I experienced during my time working with Jo and her team to remodel my kitchen. From start to finish the word I can best use to describe FDM's operation is unprofessional. Because the company and the designer came highly recommended I did not do my research and vet them the way I would have had I not had a personal referral. I have since looked at the reviews online and I can say they are spot on. The reviews of FDM are an eclectic mix of 5 star and 1 star reviews and they are consistent. If you look at the negative reviews, the recurring themes are unprofessionalism and attitude. To be clear, FDM is a general contractor. Nothing more, nothing less. Jo comes up with some basic design ideas, but her only real service is remodeling. For actually pl
