Flooring

I stopped by the store to get flooring for a bedroom. The price was right and the guys there did a great job. I was grateful that they fit me in so quickly.

Always there to receive my freight, friendly and professional.

Always find something I need here !

I had Smitty's put in a new flooring in my kitchen and at the time they installed it they had to put a new sub floor over top of the floor that was there. There installation people nailed the floor down on to the original floor. Well now the floor squeaks like crazy because they didn't nail it down right to the floor joists. I called 3 separate contractors and they came to my house and check out the floor and look from the basement also and all 3 stated that the floor should have been glued down then nailed so that it wouldn't have worked loose and caused this problem. They said it cannot be fixed without pulling up the floor and starting over. They advised me to call Smitty's and let them know the problem. I called Smitty on February 1 and told him the problem I have and that other contractors looked at it and said it should have been glued before nailed as usual he had a attitude and didn't agree cuz he thinks he knows more than everyone else and stated to me Take me to court I don't care. Well buddy guess what. This guy is because it is your responsibility to repair it. I will see you soon.

Great showroom. Knowledgeable and friendly sales representative. Fair prices. And free delivery...even over an hour away. Worth the trip!

WOW

Friendly helpful lumber and hardware store

Lisa, the owner is great. She helped me narrow down the style I was looking for and helped me find the perfect rug for my living room. I am very indecisive and she was very patient with me. If you are looking for a rug you must stop and see this amazing selection of high quality rugs.

McDonough's is an valuable resource to the community. With rare exception this wonderful store and its fabulous staff have everything I need for small jobs on my property. If I need contracting items in bulk I'll go elsewhere, but I what a place to have to run to when you need something - from gifts to picnic paraphernalia to quick fixes for your house! We can't say enough about this legendary store.

Always happy with thier customer service!

Great selection of handknotted rugs - sales staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. Found out they deliver, awesome!
