M&M Hardwood Flooring
Matthews, North Carolina, 28105, United States
We recently had hardwood floors installed in place of carpet. M&M was very professional and very knowledgeable in helping us choose the correct wood for our floors. M&M also did a marvelous job on our stairway and both landings. Very detailed and very concientous workers. They take their job serious while looking out for the customer.

Carolina Quality Flooring completed quality work in my brand new home...kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring. I’m so happy with my new home, I hired them to remodel my in-laws condo. Chris, Amy, and Teresa have been a pleasure to work with.

Had new floors installed and new carpet. The trim was installed incorrectly which had to be replaced after never hearing back from installers. Also the carpet which was installed upstairs in 2 years has excessively rippled throughout the entire floor. I asked another professional and was told that the carpet was installed incorrectly. I tried multiple times in the past to contact but gave up when I never got a response back. I shouldn’t have to have repairs to my entire house flooring in 2 years.

They did a great job installing the flooring. They put all new vinyl flooring (cortec) in our common areas of our home. We chose to tear up the old stuff and they allowed us to dispose of it in their dumpster. We saved a good amount of money doing it. Great people who will work with you and get you what you want. They allowed us to take samples of the flooring home and see if we like it In our home. They are very professional, friendly, and personable. This is both in the store and the crew they have installing the flooring.

We shopped flooring at several different places before deciding to go with Ocean Floors. When we met with Ken the owner he was extremely helpful in helping us pick out a great floor that was also budget friendly. The install was done in a timely manor and looked great when finished! We also had Ken install a tile backsplash in the kitchen which looks wonderful. If we need any flooring or tile work done in the future we will definitely go back to Ocean Floors!
