Howdy Shell refinished an existing hardwood floor and tied-in the new hardwood floor in the kitchen. We loved it. I cannot tell the difference between the old and new floors. The one task I really liked that Howdy Shell did was the fillings on the old hardwood floors. We paid in full when there was 1 small item on the threshold on the door that it needed to order. It was replaced within a week.

I collected three bids from different flooring places to put hardwood in my master bedroom. Owens was, by far, the lowest. Wanting to ensure that the estimate was not a mistake, I contacted the owner, Andy, and made sure that his low estimate really covered everything, and he assured me that it did. When it came time to do the work, his folks showed up when he said they would, they finished the work quickly, and cleaned up the job site. I am thrilled with the job done and have nothing negative to say. I will definitely use again --- there's another bedroom I need to have done, and Owens is at the top of my list.

Our experience with John and his staff was excellent. With their professional help, we have been more than pleased with our Luxury Vinyl Tile and Plank throughout our downstairs. We recently visited them again and have planned our second project in the near future.

We have used Tidewater flooring on multiple occasions, both for new construction and renovations. The work was done efficiently each time and we have always been pleased with the finished product. The pricing was also very competitive with other local vendors. We received a lot of assistance when trying to figure out the flooring that best suited our lifestyle and the look we trying to achieve. We would most definitely use Tidewater again and would recommend them to anyone for hardwoods, ceramic tile, and carpet.

Great selection and pricing! Williams Carpet has been my go to source for great flooring for over 15 years. They have a great selection of carpets and luxury vinyl already in stock - many designer lines and qualities that i wouldn't normally be able to afford but because they have bought containers full directly from the manufacturers - they are able to offer greatly discounted prices verses regular retail. Currently i have several rugs that are either Masland, Karastan or Bigelow - nice thick carpets that my guests have often commented on because they are do nice and thick. Patricia has incredible floor covering knowledge having grown up in the industry and always steers me in the right direction. Now that they have an enormous line of luxury vinyl too - i'm sure that will be my next purchase. I highly recommend shopping Williams first.
