Flooring

Great people

It is an outstanding place with helpful staff and great deals. Shop here all the time.

Friendly service at this location, much better then a few of the others in the area for sure.

Generally a bad experience and very difficult to find help at this location. Even more so difficult last week when they had their corporate office staff in the building which was made very evident by how busy everybody tried to make them self look. While they have a pretty good Supply if you ask for help you're often told what aisle the item would be on rather than being escorted to the item which often turns out not to be where they stated. Consistently easy to recognize the underperformers working at this location while there are a few that are exceedingly helpful many other frequent customers such as myself go to these employees first making these employees always busy while their counterparts are usually having a chat about sports or their weekend. If there was another choice in hardware stores within a few miles of my house I would definitely go there instead. If you need flooring or Cabinetry you best go somewhere else because there is usually only one employee working and almost always either with a customer or playing on their cell phone.

Been here twice now and totally disappointed each time. First was in the paint Dept where I waited 15 minutes to be knowledged. paint match during this I was left to wait while customers that arrived after me we're helped first...I was a different demographic and sadly seemed to be the issue. The second time.was to purchase a lawn mower again had to wait while I was ignored when I finally got help it was beyond hunted someone down. While she was helpful they lacked the ability or help to pull the product that was not restocked the night before and we're still up on top of the storage racks. After 25 min I gave up and left I will go pay full price somewhere else that actually wants my business.....this is by far the worst Lowe's I've been to Everytime I walk into here the vibe from the employees is similar to the cast of the walking dead.

Great place for deals on plants & things you can't find at other hardware stores.

excellent work that my husband did in my house!

Went above and beyond with there flake system installation absolutely love it!!!

I really like this place because you can get everything you will ever need for great competitive prices whenever you are ready for any home improvement project you might be looking to start or complete. They are in a very good business location, they also have plenty of parking spaces, they offer great pick up and delivery service as well. They have plenty of different products to choose from for every different customer. Please come check out this business establishment and shop in the great Mt. Airy area.

The floor was only a few months old after Advantage flooring installed it and they did not space it well and the floor panels started moving and shifting when walked on. I called them multiple times to have it fixed and they have not returned my calls. I feel they dont care since the check was cleared and now I need to find someone else to repair it.

very attentive and organized.
