Flooring

Excellent staff and an excellent variety of products they have animal feed ranging from hamsters to horses. The staff know the location of the products and are fairly helpful.

Great staff. Very friendly and professional! Would recommend this company to anyone.

Joey and Denise are absolutely the best in the business. They are both friendly, knowledgeable, patient and just good down to earth people. No one else could come close on the price Joey gave me on my flooring. He got my product in very fast and we set an installation date and a day later I have new floors. I absolutely love them. His installers where prompt courteous and well mannered. I don't know how they do it but they finished very fast. I truly have no complaints it was a pleasure from start to finish and they made the whole process enjoyable I will be returning in the near future!

Great Customer Service..... Great Prices.... Great Combination !!! Military Vet/Marine who served to protect our county with honor. Highly Recommend. Wilson Blanchard

Everyone was reafy to help. Asking is there anything I can help you find?

I love my new Mohawk carpets that I had installed over the entire house. The installation (over 2000 sq. feet) only took 1 1/2 days and the installation crew was professional, courteous and great at their jobs. I will definitely go back for my kitchen flooring when I undertake my next project!

Extremely professional and helped give me advice on what flooring was best for my home and family. They installed unfinished flooring and showed me multiple samples of stains to make sure i would be happy with it.

Great People and Wonderful Service

great service

Nice selection but the store is quite messy and the employees need to work on their manners.

Pricey. Owner was to get a quote and call me back. He never did.

I'd recommend Richie Balance to anyone that wanted great quality and customer service. After replacing the flooring in my whole house plus removing a large garden tub and capping plumbing beforehand I couldn't be happier. The floors are beautiful and the finishing touches, molding and doorways made a huge statement. Just remember that if you're having an issue during or after a job you can always count on Richie to take care of it for you. He has crews that work and do jobs for him and can't be everywhere or know what's going on all at once. He wants you to pick up the phone or stop by and fill him in on your concerns. Count on Richie to make it right.
