Terrible customer service. Over 1 month delay from expected installation date. Then rescheduled installation again and they still didn't show up. They act like customers are bothering them and that they don't want your business. Buyer beware!

In response to the Review from Mrs Russo, I would like to say that per my conversation with her husband the discontinued cabinet she is referring to was to be paid for before it was ordered, due to the fact they had not put the required deposit down to order their cabinets it was not ordered . The price increase she is referring to is due to the fact that the Estimate was done on 6/13/17 (And plainly stats that it is good for 30 days) it is now 4/09/18 . Since then we have had price increases from our suppliers our shippers and even a tax code change that effect the overall price that was Quoted 10 months ago ! As stated on our estimates we cannot honor prices more than 30 days ! Here at East Coast Kitchens & Flooring our mission is to sell a good quality product at a fair price and offer quality service to all our customers . I am very sorry Mrs Russo is unhappy !

Super team! We have used Revco in our home on four separate occasions. They have installed new flooring and refinished existing floors. We have been very pleased with their ability to achieve the perfect color and seamless match of old and new. Just as important to us is the team of professionals that come into our home. They treat us, our home, and our pets with respect and care. Revco always delivers both a beautiful end result and a great customer experience. We wouldn't use anyone else!
