Newgen recently did a tear out of existing hardwood floors and carpeted areas downstairs in our home and replaced with new wood flooring throughout. Kent, Liz, and their team are extremely professional and easy to work with. They handled the heavy pieces of furniture they had to move with great care, and they communicated an unexpected delay very quickly, and did everything possible to keep the flooring installation on target. When our family walked into our home and saw the new floors, we were absolutely amazed at how the floors transformed our home. We are very pleased with the work Newgen did and would absolutely recommend them! Not only do they do excellent work, but they also make sure they educate you on your floors, how to care for them, what's quality wood, etc.

They did an amazing job on our floors! Josh is great to work with, super helpful with the process and very knowledgeable about hardwoods. He exceeded our expectations in every area and got our project done quickly! I highly recommend working with them.

Phil and his team at Hardwood Giants did an excellent job refinishing some existing floors and laying done some new floors. They look beautiful! They were organized, prompt, and professional. We would highly recommend them.

very knowledgeable, hometown feel, competitively priced. By far a better deal compared to the big box stores. Eddy will remind you of Andy Griffith..... very personable

Aaron's recently installed new flooring throughout my house. Some parts of the house had been laid twice by another flooring company. It was not pretty! Fortunately, Aaron's came to the rescue. From day one, I was impressed with the folks at Aaron's flooring. My first contact was with Joshua, the manager at Aaron's. He was professional and knowledgeable as he answered all my questions about the installation. Ryan (my installer) and Perry "Mason" made an initial visit to my house to access the issues. I felt at ease and confident that these men knew what they were dong. I went with Perry's suggestion to get Pergo Laminate Max Premier, wide planks -- and they are beautiful!. Ryan and his team came to install the laminate; it was a big job, and they were up for the challenge. The floors are absolutely beautiful! I couldn't ask for a more professional job. I've had many compliments from friends and family who have seen the floors. One thing in particular that impressed me was the great communication I experienced with Ryan. I felt at ease and comfortable; I trusted that he would do a great job. He surpassed my expectations. I don't know what happened with the other reviewer, because my experience with Aaron's was totally different. Perhaps someone at Aaron's needs to investigate his claim. Every customer deserves the best a company has to offer. BonnyeP

I was surprised at the selection available at a carpet outlet store. The prices were very reasonable as well for the qualities of carpet they had. The lady working at the desk was really friendly and helpful and did not act like I was getting on her nerves when I asked a lot of questions.
