Friendly people good customer service great products stop by and say hi

Menard's here is very good. Always good customer service !

Love the new building.

Brian came to give us an estimate in a timely manner. He listened and responded to the needs we had as pertains to windows. Brian supplied us with an estimate quickly and stayed within its peramiters throughout the job. The timeline of the work was within the time Brian had said it would be, so the job was finished in a timely manner. His crew was knowledgeable and courteous and let us know when they would be coming and going. The windows look and work as we had requested, so we are enjoying their decorative quality and their functionality. He offered us Infinity Marvin windows, we had long viewed Marvin windows as quality so that also effected our choice of Fettig Millwork and Windows.

Mike and his team were wonderful! They do nice work at a fair price. They managed to fit our small project into their busy commercial schedule. Nice job and thanks Rugrats!

Good products, terrible service. I bought a mirror a few months ago, online, I had to wait an hour for them to locate it after they notified me it was ready, I drove an hour from Spearfish. I just bought a riding lawnmower. ZERO contact. I had to call them to set up delivery. I then had to reschedule delivery and it took multiple calls on my end to get this done, with no follow up from Lowes. Really, if you're in Rapid and you can get your item, it's a great place. Online orders and pickup is a nightmare.
