I found out about your company from Facebook and a recommendation from a friend. I was told about your wide selection of woods. We found exactly the bamboo wood floors we were looking for.

Great company lots of inventory. They sell floor polishing machines & prep machines

Great service as well as pricing. We were looking for techno block pavers. Got three quotes two from Companies out in ottawa as we taught that Rona being in Rockland would be more expensive. We were pleasantly surprised. They even matched the pricing from one of the Ottawa quote. The service is Excellent. (Julius Pollack) was friendly, professional helpful in answering all my questions and patient as I went to see him three time. Customer service is exceptional. Very impressed. A few months ago we also were having issues with our BBQ we purchase a hose think it could be that. One of the employee told us a trick to try first and we ended up not needing he hose. Customer service over both in store and in the yard has always been quick friendly and professional. Thank you and keep up the great service and pricing.

It is a clean, large store. There is a giant selection of buildingaterials, tools, home appliances, outdoor furniture, chemicals and decorations. The store is easily accessible with parking, automated doors, washrooms, staff and wide aisles. They have outdoor protective clothing. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and have great ideas.

Bon service. Beau choix. Belle qualité

Purchased appliances online November, 2017. Purchased LG refrigerator, stove and microwave, Stainless , Lowes.ca, delivery came from this store. First delivery - range was delivered as is with broken leg. Made a call and it was replaced. Refrigerator - after a few weeks we removed the covering over stainless, only to find three dot dent on the front of the refrigerator. We called and we were offered a discount( Based on amount of damage) or a replacement frig. We opted for replacement frig- delivered in January. after delivery, we again noticed waves in the stainless. We called , asked if we could just have the one door replaced. answer was no. We could return the frig for a refund, that sometimes stainless , this happens. only option. I did not purchase scratch and dent, and after three change of appliances already, the thought of another. for the purchase of three appliances, this was a miserable experience. Lg warranty does not cover scratches or dents. What a hassle. I gave them a 2 because they did replace some of the items.

Excellent work done by Emerald Tile. Trudy looked after everything for me. She went out of her way to help as did other members of the staff. I can't thank them enough for all their help. I had them in to fix a problem from a small reno that had been done by another company in Orleans Ontario, and that has been on going for the past year which has been a very stressful situation .Thanks to Emerald Tile the problem has been resolved in no time and in very courteous way. Thanks again guys for all your help

Nice people to do business with. George is very helpful.

I had a quartz countertop installed by this company. It was delivered on time and installed with no probems! I had a complicated sink cutout but it was no problem for them. They explained the best way to look after my countertop after installation. It looks beautiful! I am extremely pleased with the result! I highly recommend this company for any kitchen stonework!

Amazing showroom! Love how it's laid out, super easy to browse. They give out sample tiles for you to take home to get a better idea on what it'll look like. Lighting is important! Only complain is their Order Desk hours. You can only submit orders between Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 5:00pm. This is clearly tailored to contractors and not for people with full time jobs plus a side reno project.

We have Done multiple houses with FCI and they have been great! Highly recommended!

Excellent service and installation from Yasser and Kingdom Flooring! I would highly recommend that if anyone has any flooring needs that they contact Kingdom Flooring. Very competitive prices and quick turnaround time for installation. I will continue to use Kingdom Flooring in the future!

First off ,,, the lady who was helping me was very nice. But. I wanted a gallon of orange rust paint,,,, Not in stock.... fine . So ,,, yes order it in,,, I will come back... . Oh,, minimum of 2 gallons to order in. (Who needs 2 gallons of orange paint ) ??? . Oh. Solution! Order two smaller cans,,, Slightly more money,,, but,,, whatever . When will be in,,,,, Oh,,,, should be in in a day and a half.. we will call . 3 days later........ no call . I have gone elsewhere..... great ordering policy and follow through,,,, Your brick and mortar is quickly becoming obsolete,,, and while I agree it’s not all your fault,,,, you certainly aren’t helping the matter..
