Flooring

Very easy, quick in and out w/ helpful staff.

Our entire experience with T&D has been spectacular, from the first initial phone call to evaluate our needs to the finished installation of carpet. The team at the store displayed exceptional customer service, and the installers were professional and courteous. We could not be more pleased we decided to partner with T&D.

Rude

I wanted to write this to reflect the review of Jeanne Roe. The whole story is she brought carpet from our store. We told her that it would be installed in the afternoon of the date she said that was fine. On the day of the installation we called to to tell her it would be around 3pm this was because she was the second job of the day. She became upset do to the fact she was the second job of the day and wanted to be first! She refused to let the installers in to the home and demand a full refund. She paid using her credit card she told us she was stopping payment. Which was fine she would get a credit on her account. We returned the carpet to the mills we felt everything was fine. Until she went on to social media and began an unwarranted attack across the internet. After reviewing her other "google reviews" I feel I am not a victim to her style of doing business. Thank you

Missy, best CSR ever. Huge help, very knowledgeable.

Good friendly people and very helpful. Prices are not bad either

All I have to say is that the staff that helped me pick out my supplies to install my central air ductwork was very knowledgeable. Made sure I had all of the right equipment and the flexible ducting was awesome. Sometimes the lines are a little slow but I don't complain due to knowledgeable staff.

Steer clear of these guys! I signed a contract with Darrin, after they realized they could not meet my timeline, after saying they could...they cancelled. This messes up my entire remodel timeline. Do not buy from these guys.

Large variety of stuff...decent prices

Beth was very helpful and knowledgeable! Much better selection and WAY more organized than the other stores in Lima!

Worst carpet ever wasn't tacked down and started to rot in the first month's and delivered the ring color and said it was the right one and still charged for the original carpet never going back there

Best work around! Fast & flexible.

Removed old carpet and installed new carpet in three bedrooms all within a few hours. I was expecting maybe a couple days of work, but they finished it all in the same day. Carpet looks fantastic and is installed perfectly. Installers have decades of experience, and you can tell they really know what they are doing. Highly recommended!

The staff is really friendly, and the prices are unbeatable. I'm getting all my furniture and appliances here from now on.
