Lowe's Home Improvement
Sandusky, Ohio, 44870, United States
I used to go to Lowe's for all of my home improvement needs, but that was before they had competition. Now after Home Depot and Menards went in you would think they would step up their game. No they have done the complete opposite. They have gone down hill in every way. The most disappointing way is costumer service. Don't believe me go to indoor lumber side and have the girl who won't stand up wait on you. No please remain seated, cause when Lowe's goes belly up for employing lazy people you, it will be good training for all the couch sitting you will be doing at home.
If you really want to be pissed when you leave a store shop here!!!

Hats off to a great local carpet dealer, Young's Carpet One. We had them replace our carpet a few months ago, and unfortunately the carpet had defects in the coloration. They went to bat for us with the manufacturer and had it all replaced with new carpet that was the quality we expected. These guys will take care of you. Buy local, and get local first class service from Young's!

Carpet One

We had a very positive experience working with Monarch Carpet One in Brunswick. Matt and Jeff in the showroom were helpful and patient with us selecting the perfect carpet for our remodel. Installers, Ed and Matt, did an excellent job working in our home. Prices were competitive, but service and workmanship far surpass the big box stores. Highly recommend using Monarch Carpet One for your carpet and flooring needs.

They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. A service provider that followed through with service. It was a very smooth process in working with them and my carpeting was installed correctly the first time.
