Great people to deal with...Hit a snag with our Carpet delivery, wasn't their fault however they made it right. Installation was quick and looked great! Michelle was such a great person to deal with. We will be back for our other two rooms here in the near future! GET YOUR CARPET FROM THESE GUYS, THEY ROCK!

Just had an entire kitchen remodel completed by Windy Hill Hardwoods! Bonnie has been amazing since the very beginning! The cabinets are high quality! The price is second to none & the ongoing communication from them is exceptional! Bonnie referred the perfect installer to complete the work! Jason Grooms is his name! He is very professional & pays attention to detail like no other! Very Happy!!!!

Bought carpet 6 months ago and they have been out 2x to fix where the pieces don’t lay together and carpet on stairs coming up. Now they won’t call me back. I wish I could upload a photo to show how the sections don’t blend appropriately and sticks up. Very frustrating!

Carpet was installed with the seams going the wrong way and they refused to make it right. We paid to have area rugs bound and they started fraying 6 months later. Terrible customer service, will never go back.

Good store although one of the smaller ones in the area. The agents are usually very friendly (Bonnie has always been a huge help), although sometimes help is scarce especially in the specialty departments. Overall not bad if you know what you need and know where to find it.

Great flooring company. We have had them do carpet installs in 3 separate areas in our house. Installers did a great job and were very polite and respectful. Aaron is great and very easy to work with. Highly recommend using them.
