Flooring

I shopped around for over a year before ever committing. I'm extremely OCD so I wanted my floors to be perfect. Carpet Masters had the best price out of all of its competitors. That can be worrisome because you're always told you get what you pay for however there's no reason to pay more money for comprable brands if the installation is going to be just as fantastic. I put my faith and trust in Ryan. I was not ever disappointed he always went above and beyond to make sure that everything was exactly how I needed it and wanted it to be. He answered every one of my questions and let me tell you there were pages worth of questions (poor Ryan~lol!). He was amazing to work with. I could have not been happier. Now to my floors. I chose tile that looks like hardwood to be installed in every living space and closet that was originally carpeted (over 1,200 s.f.) My floors look incredibly amazing, absolutely beautiful!!!! The job that the tile crew did is impeccable. Because of my OCD I tend to seek out flaws in circumstances such as this and honestly I cannot find any. I promise you you won't find any better craftsmanship, brands to choose from, sales Dept to work with and definitely not at this price point.... that you will walk away from one hundred percent satisfied and full of gratitude for the type of work that you will see when they are done. By the way I never leave reviews so the fact that I'm spending time typing all of this out is a big deal. I just had to make sure that they get the recognition that they deserve for the type of work that they've done and customer service that they've offered.

Quality or work was impeccable. The installers arrived on the requested time. I might add the Mr. Green (scheduling dept.) took no less than 3 of my phone calls to schedule a date and time that worked best for us. We have two little ones, so it can be tricky. Highly recommend.

Great tile

Stay Away! This guy stole my deposit. He gave a quote to re-finish my hardwood floors. We agreed on a price and he asked for half the money up front. I gave him $200. Never saw him again. He never came back to the job site, and never returned my money.

Larry Grossberg did a great job helping us out on our purchase of new carpet for our house. He followed up to make sure it was installed properly and to our liking. We were so satisfied that we used him again for new tile shower in our master bathroom. Thanks again Reed and Rhonda.

Great selection for floor installation products.

Andeco flooring did a horrible job at our home. This was one of the larger upgrades in our new construction home and while we were at the flooring store meeting with their sales person we made mention that we had large dogs and wanted to get a durable floor. We were willing to spend more especially if it meant a durable product but their sales person assured us that this particular floor would work fine. The installation happened during the construction process but it was less than stellar. There have been bubbles under the flooring that cause it to give. There are several gaps around the baseboards and in a couple spots they even cut the baseboard (poorly) so that their floor would fit underneath. Needless to say the dogs have caused scratches all of the floor most of which are from normal activity (walking, lying down, slowly getting up). The floors get dented by everything. Something as small as a lipstick bottle being dropped formed a dent in the floor. The complaints that we made fell on deaf ears. We have lived here for less than 2 years and are realizing that we are going to have to replace these floors much sooner than expected.

Great local owner operated business with some of the nicest employees I have had the pleasure of working with! They have a ton of products from carpet and rugs to even some hardwood flooring all in a wide range of prices that really worked for my budgeting design needs. They took great care of me and I will be using them for all of my future home flooring projects.

Great company! Excellent turn out on my polished floors.
