Poor customer service. Walked in and was neither greeted or acknowledged by any of the sales reps or staff. We spent 30 minutes in the store walking around looking at carpet, without anyone approaching us. Finally decided to go to Lowe's where the carpet was just the same and 1/4 the price. Don't waste your time here.
