Flooring

I spend a lot of time in home improvement stores and the customer service here is great. Knowledgeable, friendly staff makes you feel at home.

My wife and I went to look at appliance ideas for our new home, and the help we got was amazing. Brittany help us explore and learn the different brands and features. Good job ! Will be back again!!!

We just got carpet installed in our living room. Rachel was very helpful; the selections were good. The installers were thorough, did a good job, and arrived 5 minutes early. No complaints.

This company was professional, hardworking and enjoyable to work with from the beginning to the end. The front desk receptionist was always calm and handled my questions and dilemmas with humor and ease. Don came out personally to inspect my floors to make sure everything would match up correctly. Gerald kindly expedited my order. The installers worked diligently and when one piece was out of place they returned to repair it. The only hiccup occurred when some equipment was left on my front porch for a couple of days, but a quick phone call took care of that issue. After working with several companies and individuals in my renovation, I can say that Don's Floor Gallery is a great place to use for flooring in the OKC/Edmond area.

I recently bought some carpet for my home and was assisted with my purchase by Mark Holland. He was so patient and helpful with the entire process. He showed me a variety of options and explained the differences of each product. He was a delightful salesman, very knowledgeable and I could tell he believed in the product he was selling me. He kept me apprised each step of the way. I am very pleased with my purchase and will continue to do business with Brewer Carpet because I trust Mr. Holland will have my best interest at heart. Thank you for giving me such a pleasant experience.

This specific store gets 5* because of the manager Brian! He ALWAYS stops to ask me if I need help as he passes by. I needed a specific part for my fridge that several associates told me could not be found in store and Bryan came to the rescue and made sure I got exactly what I needed! Kudos to great management 2nd St.

Fossil Stone did an amazing job installing countertops at Ellis Island Coffee and Wine Lounge. They were very helpful during the consultation process and then were very professional and prompt during installation! Will definitely come to them to install countertops again!

Very nice people and very knowledgeable about flooring

Amazing! Just Amazing! This store was out of the paint I needed. They called around to see what other locations had it, then one of their employees DROVE THERE, an hour and a half round trip, and picked it up. I had the paint two hours later. I am dumbfounded at the quality of customer service. Also, as I was walking through the store, all the associates were eager to help. Love this location. My new hardware store go to... no longer the boys in blue and red.

Gots pretty much everything you need if your fixing up your house or working construction

Nice employees very helpful everything you need to build or remodel your home

The owner Chris is very professional and bringing his years or experience from New York to Oklahoma. I've personally seen his work first hand, it's very detailed. He goes the extra mile to make all customers satisfied. Highly recommend!

Quote came on 1200.00 more than Lowe's for comparable carpet. Show room was clutter. Would have preferred to keep my money local.
