I hired Superior Carpet Service to install new carpet in our home in Medford. Matt and his crew were able to schedule me in within a week of calling and they arrived right on-time. The crew was courteous & personable; and Superior's installation pricing was affordable. I definitely recommend Matt.

I really like this place.... however every time I call in they say "Converse Enterprise." I looked up their articles of incorporation, and their legal name is Converse Carpet Services... I really do not like the fact that they refuse to tell the truth. 1 star... jk 5 stars!

So clean & efficient. Blessed to use this crew!

we had zack install tile in hallways, and bathrooms it turned out great. We are planning to do more projects. We will be using Zack

Very friendly and helpful.

After a nightmarish experience with an unlicensed contractor, I turned to Better Built Construction, Inc. to undo a disastrous bathroom remodel. My partner and I had been without a bathroom for 6 weeks! Better Built Construction mobilized immediately, produced an estimate and began work within a week of my first contact. We enjoyed the relationship with our project manager and lead carpenter so much that we engaged them to finish a long-delayed bedroom project as well, and are currently developing a basement remodel that will hopefully begin next month. We love our new bathroom and it’s cozy heated floor. The crew were professional and reliable. They finished the project under budget and on-time. I highly recommend Better Built Construction for any project, big or small. Thank you guys!

Excellent products backed up with 5 star customer service!
