Great Experience 2x I've used Steve at American Reclaimed Wood for 2 projects. The first was 6,000 sq ft for our house, the other was for our office that had a 1,000 sq ft architectural element. Both times Steve and his wife delivered exactly what he sent me in the pictures. Our floors in our house turned out unbelievable and we get comments on them the second someone walks through the doors. The office has it hung from the ceiling and it has brought the outside in as we left it all unfinished. Steve was great to work with and always returned a call or text and kept me up to date on the shipping and where we were in the process. We will use Steve again for future projects as they arise and give his information to anyone looking for great reclaimed wood for their projects.

He was brought to our house by the general contractor we had. He started the floors and had to come back to do the final coat and touch up the areas he missed. There are so many gaps between the woods in many areas and he didn't cover the nails on the stairs, etc. He claimed his money! He put the final coat and left without fixing the problems he create. We never saw him after. We called him for over 3 months. Everytime he said i'm busy call me later. He never showed up and stopped answering his phone. What a scam. Don't waste your money on him.
