Cheap tool rental

Had a small miscommunication error and the owner fixed it so well with excellent customer service and communication. Thank you for the donation and help.

I worked for Cliff a few years ago. He really cares about providing quality installs. He does things the right way and he really takes care of his employees. Great local business.

GREAT customer service!

Not quite as much stock as Home Depot and the prices are a little higher, but they carry items a little more locally tailored and high quality. I like them more tha Home Depot.

Helpful and knowledgeable owner, good prices and selection.

Our floors were so bad we were considering wall to wall carpet. Mike and Ryan Imel are either master craftsmen or magicians. These floors required a lot of patching, lacing in, insect repair and artistry to look good again and they did it all. Not only are their skills exceptional, their values are refreshing. When we were first getting bids (and I got several) we told Mike we wanted a particular finish (Glitza). He was very knowledgeable with all the different finishes and gave us an abundance of information, encouraging us to use a less toxic material. We ended up going with his recommendation and I am so glad we did. It is beautiful and we could live in our house right afterward without the terrible smell. I also want to mention the admirable work ethic I observed with Imel & Sons. They came when they said they would, did more than they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, they even came on Thanksgiving day. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

Because of Jason and Jerry my floors look better than they did when I bought my house! Thanks guys!

The guys did a great job, provided a good price and were really pleasant to work with. Top of the line! I shopped around and these guys were the best. Why deal with scraps when you can get it done right for a few bucks more. Thank you!

Good prices. Horrendous customer service. Communication is non existent between the management and their installers, and to their customers. Was told job would take one day. It was done piece meal. Still haven't finished their job. I do not recommend them. Sadly not because they did a poor install, rather because it was like pulling teeth getting things done as promised.

Great professional work. Nice people. Hard working.
