Flooring

Do not stand by their work. Larry and Ken refused to correct poor workmanship on a tile floor. Several of the tile joints are uneven and do not line up. Ken stated the property is "only a rental." Ken went on a rant after he refused to correct the floor and threatened to put a lien on my property. I asked him to leave three times and finally stated I was calling 911 if he did not leave as his behavior made me uncomfortable. They even rinsed construction materials down my kitchen sink into my septic system after we specifically asked them not to do that. They left construction debris in my front yard that they did not clean up and put construction waste in my trash bins instead of hauling it away. I will have to clean up the mess left in my yard after the snow melts. We paid $3000.00 for this job. We got threatened, received poor workmanship, and have a mess to clean up. We used this business as we wanted to support a local Hood River business. Go to Lowes or Home Depot instead or watch a YouTube video and do it yourself.

Great range of products with knowledgeable staff.

very nice people, however, they redid our floors 3 yrs ago for 5K and negligently left big finish marks on the floor, but told us it would go away in 6 weeks so don't worry, and 3 years later, it's still there. not really dazzled with the quality of the work or representations.

I ordered Sunny ripple cork floor from icorkfloor . Delivery was on time . The pallet arrived in good condition . I had no issues with installation .easy to assemble , I love the cork floor , its warm and unique . I am bit disappointed with the recommended two coats of water based polyurethane I had to apply over it , Since it's in a kitchen . It takes some of the warmth away .The floor itself is amazing .

They don't have a active bond and they will take your money and not buy the material don't trust them...Good luck
