Found exactly what I was looking for due to clear signage and displays. It was late in the evening and it was not crowded, which made it easier to get around with a toddler who thinks it is a giant playground. The staff was very friendly everywhere, and patient while my 2 year old wanted to hand the items to the cashier.

Awful. We are still waiting for our carpet samples.....from almost two months ago, three calls, including to a store manager. And nothing. On top of the terrible service, we compared pricing to other carpet installation/suppliers and Avalon was $800 more for a simple 800 sqft install. So more expensive and I guess to busy to call back or follow up for a new installation? Frustrating, waist of time and bad business. Just glad we didn’t get to the installation, could only imagine those problems. Walk across the parking lot to Home Depot.
