Flooring

Great product selection. Sold me Street Shoe, and accepted returns on extra material.

Tremendous selection, including wall tiles and rugs as well as all kinds of flooring. Friendly, efficient service too.

Scott and his crew recently refinished (sanded, repaired, stained, and sealed) the floors in our home. We have oak floors that are original to the house, and we absolutely love the way they turned out. He was very professional and was very responsive to our questions. They showed up on time and kept us updated on their day to day progress. They fixed all of the problem areas that we pointed out, and even ones we didn't point out. They also took the time to put up drop cloths to keep the dust out of the rooms that weren't being sanded. I wish all contractors were like this! The cost was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this company.

All I have to say is WOW! It’s the first time in years that I have walked into a Home Depot and received help without asking. Greg approached me several times asking me if I needed help and did . I was able to get the paint I was looking for after making a difficult decision. I’m so glad I decided not to go to Lowes. I will definitely be back thanks to Greg!!! Thanks for bringing customer service back to Home Depot!

Very good customer service

Very courteous and helpful staff. Good selection at reasonable prices. Will definitely shop here.

I purchased flooring for the stairs and second floor including the bathrooms from Floors USA. Very happy with the product. Problem was with the installation, very expensive. No installers on site could speak English. In the bathrooms they took chunks out of molding and never replaced it. The did not install the flooring up to the walls in bathrooms so there were huge gaps. After complaining they put down flex molding and they never painted it. The work around the corners and around the radiators are ridiculous, the old floor shows right through. Installed different colored nose gaurds. Paid them close to 5 thousand and not happy what so ever. Before install we had a gentlemen come out and measure and everything was on point. When installers came to house they said nothing we can do about the problems, and that was told via broken English. Would not recommend them to install flooring of any kind they took so many shortcuts. I am now paying for a private small company to redo the bathrooms for half the price. I have plenty of pictures to back up my statements. Once again the actual products are great but the installation company was a mess.

Very friendly great prices
