Flooring

By mistake I bought the wrong light bulb. I took it back and exchanged it, hassle free. Thank you Home Depot excellent customer service!

When everyone else said my floors were too old... Chris and the team at Vintage knew exactly what to do. They were so LOW KEY in their sales, and so EXCELLENT in their services. They made it as easy as possible, kept things clean, didn't take a single shortcut and the price was great. Can't say enough good things. My kids used to get splinters on our floors from our 1900s house...now we have a blast running all around on gorgeous floors. Vintage is #1 for me allllll day!

Bought a new house and had them install carpet and vinyl flooring throughout the house Asked to have the flooring finished by Thanksgiving so I could move in and host my family for the holidays They finished the main living area in time then returned after Thanksgiving to finish The carpet installer showed up at 11am then left the property at 230 pm only installing a few sheets of underlayment incorrectly with gaps everywhere Another installer arrived the next day and worked hard to get the job done Unfortunately there were Soo many faults with the installation of both the carpet and vinyl Had to argue for a couple weeks and withhold payment in order to get them to agree to make Corrections They then installed a new vinyl floor But on the 3rd day it was coming up already Attempted to correct a carpet seam but afterwards the seam in a deep pile carpet was still visible I've used this company previously and had awesome results unfortunately this time around they just don't seem to care

It took them 4 weeks to install our backsplash then the installer used our lawn and flower beds as a trash can! The design in the backsplash is not symmetrical. I would not recommend them! The didn't even apologize when they knew we were not happy with the install!

Excellent customer service!!! They definitely strive to make the customer happy!! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

Penncoat did a real nice job of our floor. On time and on budget.

I have not been contacted after using online request form.

Brian Galebach does and excellent job. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient. He was prompt and cleaned up well at the end of each day. His prices are well under his competition and he is honest. He went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and completed the job prior to when he originally said he could start it. I would recommend him to others and use him again.

We are beyond thrilled with our floor! We continue to get compliments over and over again. Thank you to Wall To Wall Flooring! We appreciate the fantastic customer service and are definitely satisfied customers

Well, it's just like every other Hone Depot you have ever been to. It was clean, and had everything I was looking for. The store associates were all friendly and very helpful
