Flooring

Very pleasant experience. The store has much improved.

We had a great experience with Ed. After working with his office staff to pick the right carpet for our bonus room. He was prompt in coming over to measure. He was knowledgeable about the care and maintenance involved. The home we purchased had cats, to which our children are allergic. Ed recommended some fantastic products and easy "to do" to get done before he laid the new carpet down. We could not be happier with the service we received. Reasonable prices, exceptional work!

Great quality service no matter how big or small the project they will go beyond your expectations!

They're very helpful And kind people

Lots of options and good prices

Best counter top and flooring company in erie.. Highly recommend.. 😊

First class people, showroom, and product selection.

Friendly and helpful staff. Loading over 50 carpet rolls and the staff there helped out.

Bad customer service and horrible communication. We went to get carpet and tile for our house. The guy showed me the tile to pick out and told me to take it home and bring it back when we decided. I brought it back and told them which ones I liked and the guy said oh no you can't choose these you were suppose to pick from this section. Well I was only choosing from what he had told me. Then finally after getting what we thought was everything straightened out they never added in the carpet for instulation when I had picked it out at the same time. So we finally said forget it we will go with a different company, so they charged us a $300 restocking fee and never apologized for the 2 errors in communication that they had. Ugh don't use this company, my parents also had problems with them as well.
