Flooring

While the staff is friendly, our experience was disappointing at every step. We purchased tile from Echo for a remodeling project. The whole project consisted of several orders, all of which were either delayed or incorrect in one way or another. In general, our experience is that Echo is inefficient at obtaining product for which they require pre-payment and that they do not know their product well. The biggest complaint is that we were specifically shopping for a color body tile. Once directed to product options, we made a selection, placed the order, received the tile and installed the floor. After the floor was installed, we noticed an off-color chip out of some of the tiles. This should not be the case with a color body tile. After checking the tile manufacturer's website, we found that the product they sold us was not in fact what we requested. We brought it to their attention but they expressed only surprise and confusion - no concern, no apology. I cannot recommend shopping elsewhere strongly enough.

Nachos are an A plus

Great place to have your floor needs met. Buy local!

Very knowledgeable staff who have working experience in their departments!

Great and friendly service and good prices

Very reasonable prices for better quality than previously quoted from other companies. Job was done on time and done perfectly. People were very nice and friendly to deal with. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Great Job. Thank you.

Professional and timely. Although their office is not always staffed, the owners are quick to respond to a call and eager to meet up with you even beyond their normal business hours. Nice rural business, not afraid to travel. I suggest you call before you stop at their location.

George Smith Flooring did an exceptional job on our floors, both hardwood and carpet. We had our living room and 2nd floor carpeted, including the stairs, and the floors look fantastic. From the time we entered the store the staff was friendly and directed us to a product that was affordable and high quality. I would highly recommend George Smith Flooring for any job.

I ordered my carpet thru Home Depot and A & C Flooring were the install contractors. The staff was excellent to deal with, they called when carpet was in and to setup install date. A & C even contacted me when they had a cancellation to see if I would want carpeting installed sooner, but unfortunately I was not ready. The install crew was on time ,polite and professional. The install went without a hitch ,they did not leave anything behind ,did a light vacuum and disposed of all scrap. These guys were great and I would not hesitate to use them again.
